MB Investment Partners, Inc. ("MBIP") was founded in New York in 1983, and is an independent wealth management firm. Traditionally, MB specialized in the creation and preservation of wealth for high net worth individuals and family groups, non-profit organizations and institutions. While wealth management for private clients remains a cornerstone of our investment management business, MB has broadened and diversified its business to expand its capabilities to manage assets for institutional clients. MB Investment Partners Inc. was acquired by MB Investment Partners and Associates LLC, a holding company made up of employee owners and CentreMB Holdings LLC. In 2007, the firm merged with Jamison Prince Asset Management, Inc, a New York City based large cap core manager. In 2008, MBIP finalized a series of transactions affiliating small cap manager Ironwood Investment Management with the firm.
